Autorizar al Gobierno nacional para que efectúe las asignaciones presupuestales en la cuantía necesaria para que sean incorporadas en las leyes de Presupuesto de las próximas vigencias, de conformidad con lo establecido en los artículos 288, 334, 341 y 345 de la Constitución Política, a fin de dar cumplimiento a las disposiciones previstas en esta ley.
