° Las Juntas de Beneficencia o Loterías, Cruz Roja y demás entidades a que se refiere el artículo 6° de la Ley 93 de 1938, estarán sometidas a la inspección y vigilancia del Departamento de Asistencia Social del Ministerio de Trabajo, creado por Decreto número 1858 de 1938, en todo lo que atañe a la aprobación de sus estatutos, presupuestos, informes, balances, cuentas, y, en general, a todas las medidas y disposiciones relacionadas con las Instituciones de Utilidad Común, según las disposiciones vigentes.
