NATURALEZA JURIDICA.- Reestructúrase en Empresa Industrial y Comercial del Estado del orden nacional, con personería jurídica, autonomía administrativa y capital independiente a la Administración Postal Nacional - ADPOSTAL -, creada y organizada por el Decreto 3267 de 1963, vinculada al Ministerio de Comunicaciones, a la cual, salvo lo dispuesto en el presente Decreto, para todos los efectos, le serán aplicables las disposiciones que regulan el régimen de las Empresas Industriales y Comerciales del Estado.
