Inclúyese en la excepción del artículo 10 de la Ley 26 de 1931 el crédito imputado al artículo 544 bis, del cual se tomará únicamente la suma de cinco mil pesos destinados al pago de los sueldos del personal de la Policía Sanitaria, desde mayo del corriente año la terminación de la vigencia en curso.
