Para los gastos de útiles de escritorio y alumbrado, los Habilitados formarán libranza separada el 1.° de cada mes, la cual llevará las mismas firmas que las referentes á sueldos y raciones del personal ; y para los gastos de jabón se girará una libranza el día último de cada mes, con los mismos requisitos, tomando por base para su formación el personal efectivo en dicho día ( Modelos números 9 y 10 ).
