Facúltase al Servicio de Inteligencia Colombiano (S.I.O.), para imponer multas de cincuenta pesos ($ 50.00) a un mil pesos (8 1.000.00), por razón de las infracciones que las sociedades de que aquí se trata o sus empleados, cometan en relación con el reglamento que para su funcionamiento se expida, sin perjuicio de que en casos especiales pueda retirárseles temporal o definitivamente la licencia.
