Obligatoriedad de las vacaciones. El disfrute de vacaciones anuales tiene carácter obligatorio para todo el personal civil, quien debe hacer uso de ellas dentro del año inmediatamente siguiente a la fecha en que se cause el derecho. Las entidades que de acuerdo con el Artículo anterior tienen a su cargo la preparación de los turnos de vacaciones y el control de su ejecución o cumplimiento, no podrán introducirles modificaciones sin la expresa autorización del respectivo Comando o Dirección General de la Policía Nacional.
