° Desde que empiece a funcionar el Orfelinato de San Sebastián de Rabago (Nevada) y sin perjuicio de lo dispuesto en el artículo final de esta Ley, se pagará del Tesoro Nacional el sueldo de cincuenta pesos($50) mensuales al Director y el de treinta pesos ($30) a cada uno de los Profesores de la sección de niños. De los mismos sueldos disfrutaran la Directora y las Profesoras de la de la Sección de niñas, cuando se establezca. Para sostenimiento de niños y niñas en cada sección, destinase la suma de doscientos peso ($200) mensuales.
