Son Funciones Del Representante Legal Del Fondo: A) Dictar Los Actos, Celebrar Los Contratos Y Realizar Las Operaciones Para El Normal Desarrollo De Las Actividades Del Fondo De Conformidad Con Las Disposiciones Legales, Estatutarias Y Los Acuerdos De La Junta Directiva; B) Someter A La Consideración De La Junta Directiva El Proyecto De Presupuesto, Inversiones Y Gastos Del Fondo, Y Las Sugerencias Que Considere Convenientes Para El Buen Funcionamiento De Éste; C) Presentar Anualmente Al Presidente De La República Así Como A La Junta Directiva, El Balance General Del Fondo, Como También Los Informes Generales O Específicos Que Sobre La Marcha Del Mismo Se Le Soliciten; D) Atribuir Funciones Especificas A Los Funcionarios Y Empleados, De La Superintendencia De Notariado Y Registro Que, Conforme A Lo Previsto En El Artículo 4 Del Presente Decreto, Presten Sus Servicios Al Fondo; E) Constituir Mandatarios Judiciales Y Extra Judiciales; F) Las Demás Que Le Señalen Las Leyes, Los Reglamentas Y Los Estatutos

Articulo 8º Son funciones del representante legal del Fondo
a)
Dictar los actos, celebrar los contratos y realizar las operaciones para el normal desarrollo de las actividades del Fondo de conformidad con las disposiciones legales, estatutarias y los Acuerdos de la Junta Directiva;
b)
Someter a la consideración de la Junta Directiva el proyecto de presupuesto, inversiones y gastos del Fondo, y las sugerencias que considere convenientes para el buen funcionamiento de éste;
c)
Presentar anualmente al Presidente de la República así como a la Junta Directiva, el balance general del Fondo, como también los informes generales o específicos que sobre la marcha del mismo se le soliciten;
d)
Atribuir funciones especificas a los funcionarios y empleados, de la Superintendencia de Notariado y Registro que, conforme a lo previsto en el artículo 4 del presente Decreto, presten sus servicios al Fondo;
e)
Constituir mandatarios judiciales y extra judiciales;
f)
Las demás que le señalen las leyes, los reglamentas y los estatutos.
