Artículo. 291 . Registro de personas vinculadas. La Fiscalía General Penal Militar llevará un registro de las personas a las cuales se haya vinculado a una investigación penal. Para el efecto, el funcionario que realice la vinculación lo informará dentro de los cinco (5) días siguientes a la decisión, al Fiscal General Penal Militar.
