Destínase la cantidad de $ 300.000 para la construcción del Club Aerotécnico d la Fuerza Aérea Colombiana (F.A.C), en el lote de terreno que el Municipio de Bogotá cedió para tal fin, por medio dl Acuerdo número 42 de 1949. La partida destinada por medio de este artículo se incluirá en el Presupuesto de la próxima vigencia fiscal.
