Los grados, distintivos y uniformes de las Fuerzas Militares, no podrán ser empleados por ninguna otra institución, ni persona, que no estén incorporados regular y militarmente a dichas Fuerzas. Cualquier institución que desee uniformar su personal, en forma militar o similar, deberá solicitar la aprobación respectiva del Ministerio de Guerra.
