Decreto 452 de 2008 · por el cual se suprime la Empresa Social del Estado Rita Arango Alvarez del Pino y se ordena su liquidación.

Subrogación de los contratos de salud . Con el fin de garantizar la continuidad de los servicios de salud a las entidades que contrataron los servicios de salud de la Empresa Social del Estado Rita Arango Alvarez del Pino, los contratos se subrogarán en la entidad que el contratante determine o se liquidarán si así lo determina el Contratante.

Parágrafo

El Liquidador le comunicará a cada una de las entidades con las que opere la subrogación, en la fecha en que ella se perfeccione.
