El transporte podrá pactarse para ser ejecutado a bordo de una nave de líneas regulares, en cuyo caso el transportador cumplirá su obligación verificando el transporte en la nave de itinerario prevista en el contrato, o en la que zarpe inmediatamente después de celebrado éste, si nada se ha expresado en él.
