Mientras una sociedad de gestión colectiva de derechos de autor y derechos conexos tenga suspendida su personería jurídica, sus administradores o los representantes legales no podrán celebrar contratos ni ejecutar operaciones en nombre de ella, salvo las que sean necesarias para la conservación del patrimonio social. La contravención a la presente norma, los hará solidariamente responsables de los perjuicios que ocasionen a la sociedad o a terceros.
