Naturaleza jurídica y régimen del fondo cuenta del Ministerio del Deporte.El Fondo Cuenta del Ministerio del Deporte, es una cuenta especial sin personería jurídica, administrada por el Ministerio del Deporte como un sistema de cuenta con el objeto de administrar y ejecutar recursos que se le asignen. Los actos, actuaciones, contratos y administración de los recursos del Fondo Cuenta del Ministerio del Deporte se someterán al régimen jurídico de derecho público de su administrador, especialmente a la Ley 80 de 1993 y demás normas reglamentarias.
