Toda explotación de materiales de construcción en el área urbana, deberá poner a la salida del lugar de la explotación un sistema de lavado de llantas de los vehículos transportadores, para que éstos puedan entrar a circular por las vías urbanas. Se deberá además cubrir la carga transportada con lonas que eviten el derrame de materiales sobre las vías públicas.
