º La Escuela Judicial tendrá como objetivos la enseñanza, investigación y difusión de las ciencias y técnicas especiales requeridas para el desarrollo y perfeccionamiento del ejercicio de las funciones asignadas por la Constitución Nacional y la ley a la Rama Jurisdiccional y al Ministerio Público; así mismo, la organización de los concursos que permitan proveer los empleos mediante el sistema de mérito.
