Art. 1.° Concédese á la Sra. Aureliana Ferrer de Pinzón, viuda del General Próspero Pinzón, y á sus hijos María Antonia, María Ignacia, Ana Josefa, Miguel, Elena y Luis Próspero Pinzón, una pensión de cien pesos ($ 100) oro mensuales, divisibles por iguales partes entre los agraciados.

La viuda y las hijas disfrutarán de su parte de pensión mientras no contraigan matrimonio, y los hijos varones, hasta el día en que alcancen su mayor edad.
