Si el Juez no es competente para conocer del juicio de sucesión debe remitir lo actuado al que lo sea.

Si lo es y se le denuncia la existencia de muebles y papeles en otros lugares, debe comisionar al Juez o Jueces de tales lugares para que lleven a efecto la guarda y fijación de sellos.
