Cuando un predio sea utilizado para el transporte público aéreo, sin que se conozca el propietario o poseedor, se deberá denunciar este hecho por el Alcalde Municipal con jurisdicción en el lugar, ante el Departamento Administrativo de Aeronáutica Civil.
