Art. 10. Todas las pensiones otorgadas por los distintos actos lejislativos de 1869, quedan acumuladas en la suma a que alcance la liquidacion jeneral para los gastos de esta naturaleza, teniendose presente lo que dispone el artículo 16 de la lei de 6 de mayo del año de 1868, "sobre pensiones."
