Facúltese al Ministerio de Cultura para que en los seis (6) meses siguientes a la sanción de la presente Ley, estructure la organización y promoción del Festival Nacional de la Marimba de Chonta, con la participación del Distrito de Buenaventura de conformidad con sus funciones constitucionales y legales.
