Con el fin de dotar a la Escuela Nacional de Farmacia de laboratorios y mobiliario adecuados, destínase por una sola vez la cantidad de treinta y cinco mil pesos ($ 35,000), que será incluída en el Presupuesto de la próxima vigencia, dentro de la partida destinada a la Universidad Nacional.
