° Cuando un depósito de importación constituido mediante cheque bancario resultare nulo por falta o insuficiencia de fondos, las Oficinas de Registro de Cambios cancelarán el respectivo registro y se abstendrán de aprobar nuevos registros de importación a favor de la persona o entidad responsable durante el lapso de los ciento ochenta días siguientes a la comprobación del hecho.
