Prohibición pago doble Subsidio Familiar. Para hacer efectivo el cumplimiento de lo dispuesto en el artículo 79 del Decreto 89 de 1984, los Oficiales y Suboficiales de las Fuerzas Militares, deberán demostrar mediante declaración jurada rendida ante el respectivo Comandante de Unidad Táctica o su equivalente, que su cónyuge no tiene relación reglamentaria, ni contrato de trabajo con personas de derecho público. En caso de existir, deberá allegarse constancia de que éste no percibe subsidio familiar.
