Cuando el organismo deportivo se administre por un presidente, la persona elegida deberá tener experiencia administrativa no inferior a dos (2) años en cargos de dirección y organización y haber estado vinculada como dirigente en actividades deportivas durante el mismo período. El presidente podrá delegar bajo su responsabilidad algunas de sus funciones en los miembros del Comité asesor.
