Los dos pregones preparatorios para remate serán pagados a quien los dé a razón de veinte centavos cada uno. Por los anuncios de pujas y repujas en un remate se pagará a quien los haga, a razón de cincuenta centavos por hora. Estos derechos se sacan del producto del remate, si se verificare, y si no, los pagará el ejecutante o representante o síndico del concurso y los interesados en el remate en los demás casos.
