A partir de la vigencia de la presente Ley, el personal subalterno de la Rama Jurisdiccional del poder público tendrá derecho a aumentos anuales de remuneración dentro de la escala adoptada y de conformidad con los reglamentos que expida el Gobierno Nacional, con el concepto favorable del Consejo de Estado.
