Unidad de acusación. Salvo las excepciones legales, por cada delito se formulará y una sola acusación cualquiera sea el número de autores o cómplices. Igual regla se seguirá cuando se trate de varios delitos cometidos por un solo procesado, o en concurso recíproco, o cuando sean varios los delitos y varios los procesados.
