ARTICULO 10 . El personal de cubierta está constituido por las personas que desempeñan a bordo actividades relacionadas con la nave, navegación propiamente dicha y las labores de cubierta. Este personal depende directamente del Primer Oficial, salvo las excepciones expresamente señaladas en el presente Decreto. Los Oficiales de Radiocomunicaciones (Oficiales Radiotelegrafistas y Operadores de Radiocomunicaciones), dependen, para lo de su cargo, directamente del Capitán.
