A los particulares, hijos del país, de buenas costumbres y aptitudes para el trabajo que los soliciten, se les harán también adjudicaciones de terrenos en los ternos del artículo anterior, siempre que se comprometan por contrato escrito con el Director de la Colonia a establecer cultivos en firme.
