Son Funciones Del Comité Técnico: A) Estudiar Y Aprobar El Programa General De Trabajo Del Instituto

°. Son funciones del Comité Técnico

a)

Estudiar y aprobar el programa general de trabajo del Instituto.

b)

Asesorar al Director en el ejercicio de sus funciones.

c)

Emitir las normas científicas necesarias para el buen funcionamiento del instituto.

d)

Estudiar el reglamento interno del Instituto y presentárselo al Ministro de Salud Pública para su aprobación.

e)

Estudiar el presupuesto anual Instituto y presentárselo al Ministro de Salud Pública para su aprobación.

f)

Aprobar su propio reglamento.
