El seguro no será contratado a favor de determinado individuo, sino a favor de la entidad que haga el contrato, la que cuando llegue el caso de hacer efectiva la cuota a que haya derecho por defunción de alguno de los asegurados, está obligada a pagar íntegramente dicha cuota al cónyuge sobreviviente si lo hubiere, y herederos legítimos del empleado que fallezca y cuyo nombre figure en la nomina respectiva del mes en que ocurra la defunción.
