Artículo primero . De conformidad con el Artículo 5°. del Decreto Legislativo No. 0272 de 1957, las acciones que se suscriban y paguen en bienes muebles, raíces, mercedes y privilegios, serán estimados por peritos, uno por la Empresa Colombiana de Turismo S.A. y otro por el organismo oficial o semioficial de carácter nacional, por el Departamento o por el Municipio, estimación que será sometida a la aprobación de la Junta Directiva de la Empresa.
