El responsable de un vehículo donde se transporte combustible o materiales inflamables o explosivos sin las medidas de seguridad ordenadas por este Código, incurrirá en multa equivalente a veinte (20) salarios mínimos. Además si el responsable es el conductor, se le sancionará con la suspensión de la licencia de conducción por seis (6) meses la primera vez y con la cancelación a la misma la segunda vez.
