Requisitos . Los recursos deberán reunir los re quisitos de que trata el artículo 52 del Código Contencioso Administrativo. De no reunir tales requisitos el funcionario competente deberá rechazarlos. Contra el rechazo del recurso de apelación procederá, el de queja ante el Director General Marítimo y Portuario.
