Lo correspondiente á mobiliario y útiles y á las dependencias de los Oficiales en armonía con su rango y comodidad, y lo necesario para la escuadra, comedor y demás enseres de tropa y del cuartel, será proporcionado por el Gobierno, quien facilitará también la instalación de los talleres, cuyo incremento será efectuado con el producto de cada uno de ellos ó con las economías que se obtengan.
