Para obtener el incentivo de que trata el inciso primero del artículo anterior, es necesario que durante el año calendario anterior, la persona haya realizado por lo menos seis (6) aportes en el Servicio Social Complementario BEPS, o pagos equivalentes al valor total de los aportes correspondientes a seis (6) salarios mínimos diarios legales vigentes.
