El Instituto Colombiano De Seguros Sociales Tendrá Los Siguientes Departamentos: A) Departamento Financiero; B) Departamento Jurídico; C) Departamento Cíe Divulgación Y Organismos

El Instituto Colombiano de Seguros Sociales tendrá los siguientes Departamentos

a)

Departamento Financiero;

b)

Departamento Jurídico;

c)

Departamento cíe Divulgación y Organismos .Internacionales;

d)

Departamento Médico;

e)

Departamento de Contabilidad y Control;

f)

Departamento de Actuaría y Estadística;

g)

Departamento de Administración del Seguro de Enfermedad - Maternidad; i) Los demás que el Consejo Directivo establezca. Las funciones propias de cada Departamento serán dirigidas por un Jefe, de acuerdo con las orientaciones que reciba de la Gerencia General. El Consejo Directivo, a propuesta del Gerente General, podrá asignar temporalmente las funciones de uno o más Departamentos a otro u otros, o autorizar al Gerente General para hacerlo.
