Artículo séptimo. Los Gobernadores de los Departamentos podrán imponer las sanciones previstas en la ley a los infractores de las normas sobre la defensa y aprovechamiento de los bosques y aguas, sin perjuicio de la facultad reconocida a los agentes o funcionarios del Ministerio del ramo.
