° El Instituto de Investigaciones en Geociencias, Minería y Química- Ingeominas, participará con el treinta y tres punto treinta y cuatro por ciento (33.34%), el Instituto de Ciencias Nucleares y Energía Alternativas - INEA y Minerales de Colombia S. A. - Mineralco, participarán cada uno con el treinta y tres punto treinta y tres por ciento (33.33%) del capital social de la sociedad que se constituya, dentro de las condiciones que se indican en este Decreto y en los estatutos que se adopten.
