Zonas Fronterizas . Los concesionarios que utilicen sistemas de acceso troncalizado en zonas de frontera, deberán sujetarse al área de servicio autorizado dentro del territorio nacional, a las normas nacionales y a los convenios internacinales que regulen las telecomunicaciones en zonas fronterizas.
