Art. 3.° El contratista, para establecer la navegación hasta Valdivia, contraerá la obligación de llevar a cabo los trabajos necesarios para destruir o minorar los obstáculos que dificultan la navegación del río Cauca en los puntos denominados "La Iglesia," "Coloradas," "Raudal" y "Pescado".
