Autorización particular en casos de supervisión residual. Cuando la Superintendencia de Sociedades deba conocer de una autorización bajo este Capítulo al no tener expresamente asignada esa facultad otra autoridad de supervisión, dicha autorización particular será necesaria solamente cuando la sociedad emisora supere los montos de activos o ingresos señalados en el artículo 2.2.2.1.1.1 del Decreto 1074 de 2015 como causal de vigilancia.
