Art. 144. Si el Administrador no pasare el ajustamiento al introductor dentro de los ocho dias fijados, podrá éste solicitar de la primera autoridad política del lugar, o del empleado que designe el Poder Ejecutivo, que se apremie al Administrador para la entrega de ajustamiento, i si tres dias despues de la notificacion no hubiere cumplido, quedará incurso en la multa de cinco pesos diarios desde el dia de la notitioacion hasta el en que entregue el ajustamiento.
