al artículo 1° del Decreto número 1760 de 2017. Adiciónese al artículo 1° del Decreto número 1760 de 2017 el siguiente

Parágrafo

El Director de la Unidad de Investigación y Acusación tendrá el mismo régimen salarial y prestacional del Secretario Ejecutivo de la JEP y los Fiscales de la Unidad de Investigación y Acusación tendrán derecho a percibir el mismo régimen salarial y prestacional de los servidores ante quienes actúen o ejerzan.
