Como contribución del Estado colombiano en la construcción y dotación de la nueva sede de la Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana de Medellín, destínanse las siguientes sumas: la cantidad de doscientos millones de pesos ($200.000.000.00) durante la vigencia fiscal de 1987 y la suma de cien millones de pesos ($100.000.000.00) durante la vigencia fiscal de 1988.
