Artículo décimo . Prima Mensual. En desarrollo del artículo 14 de la Ley 4a. de 1992, fijase en la Registraduría Nacional del Estado Civil, una prima mensual equivalente al treinta por ciento (30%) del salario básico, sin carácter salarial, para los Delegados Departamentales del Registrador Nacional del Estado Civil, los Registradores del Distrito Capital y los empleos pertenecientes a los niveles Directivo y Asesor de la Registraduría Nacional del Estado Civil. Dicha prima sólo se reconocerá a los funcionarios que sean titulares de los empleos de que trata el presente artículo.
