Fuero sindical. En caso de que alguno o algunos de los funcionarios cuyo cargo se suprima gocen del privilegio de fuero sindical, la supresión del cargo implica el retiro automático del servicio y, en consecuencia, no será necesario adelantar el proceso de levantamiento de fuero ante la justicia laboral.
